New Year’s Nutrition

We’re a month in to the New Year and this is the time that all of those resolutions just seem so much harder to keep… luckily sports nutrition specialist, Stephanie Howe is coming in to give us some tips to keep up our nutrition and fitness as we get closer to Spring.

Stephanie has her PhD in Nutrition and Exercise and is a professional athlete for The North Face. The combination of personal experience as an athlete and her scientific expertise in Exercise Physiology & Nutrition allows her to approach coaching and nutrition from a unique perspective.
